Dispatch cut-off

Orders placed before 3PM AEST are dispatched the same working day from our Australian warehouse. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide. Express shipping is $35, and is applied for free automatically at checkout on any order over $300.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding, and includes tracking so you can follow it door to door.

Delivery timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location; express typically arrives in 1–3 business days. Remote and regional postcodes may take slightly longer.
